Oak Barrel Half Marathon in Beautiful Lynchburg, TN

We had a fantastic but wet run in Lynchburg! Everyone finished with great times. I could have picked out a shirt that would wick away the rain better, but what are you gonna do. Whiskey Hill will haunt me till the end of time. One of the best races I have run. Absolutely beautiful course. I highly recommend it to any runners.

St. Paddy's Parade 2010!

I finally had a chance to take Dana home for some fun. Matt and Beth Ann showed us a great time hanging out at the ole Mal's St. Paddy's Day Parade. It has been years since I have attended this event. It did not let us down.
